Harry Arora is an investor and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience across investment management, commodities, and macro markets. He is the founder and principal of AlphaStrat and previously led ARCIM Advisors and co-founded Northlander. He currently sits on Connecticut's Investment Advisory Council, providing high-level investment advice for Connecticut's $76B pension funds. His career has spanned hedge funds, energy markets, and investment management.

Harry brings a long-term investor’s perspective to Axim, particularly around market structure, capital allocation, and building durable businesses. He holds a bachelors in electrical engineering, an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Gayan Edirisinghe is Head of AI Engineering at AnsibleHealth, an early-stage healthcare technology company, and an experienced builder of large-scale AI, search, and ranking systems. He previously worked at Glean, the enterprise AI unicorn, as well as Meta and Microsoft. His experience spans both scaled technology platforms and early-stage AI development, giving him a valuable perspective on model systems, technical architecture, and engineering execution.

Gayan advises Axim on AI systems and the technical foundations of domain-specific intelligence and pursued a PhD in Physics from Cornell University.
